Bifocal reading frames are designed for people who have presbyopia. They have two distinct zones for correcting vision, separated by a line that runs horizontally across the lens. Although the bottom of the lens is utilised for closer vision, the top of the lens is used for distant vision. Concave and convex lenses make up these bifocal reading frames. There is a concave lens in the top part. It makes distant vision easier. Convex lens makes up the lowest portion. These are basically eyeglasses with two different optical strengths. Those with presbyopia who also need to correct their myopia, hyperopia, and/or astigmatism use these frames.
